Start with the block, not the plan
A plan drawn for a flat block in an estate does not work on a sloping site in Junortoun, and a design that faces its living areas south will be cold for the next fifty years no matter how much insulation goes in. Before anything is drawn we want to see the site: where the sun tracks, where the wind comes from, where the fall is, where the services come in, and what the neighbours will build. Getting that right costs nothing extra and changes how the house feels every day.
Built to perform
Meeting the energy rating is the floor, not the target. Orientation, glazing, eaves, insulation and airtightness are what decide whether the house is cheap to run, and they cost far less to get right at frame stage than to retrofit.
How it runs
Design and pricing, then a fixed-price Master Builders Victoria contract with staged progress payments, then one builder on site from slab to handover.
